All Points North is a self-supported, ultra-distance, endurance cycling event. Riders are challenged to ride to 10 control points spread across the north of England. Riders are able to choose their own route around the checkpoints and can either ride solo or as a pair. Once out on the road, riders have to be completely self-sufficient, are unable to accept support from anyone and must follow the event rules.
There are two rider categories – “72-hour” and “Rookie”. The 72-hour category riders all set off together at 8pm on Friday, 24th May. Rookie riders can choose their own start time from Wednesday, 22nd May, allowing up to 129 hours to complete their route around the checkpoints. Both categories are riding with the aim of arriving back in Sheffield for our Finisher’s Meal at 8pm on Monday, 27th May.

Here are the locations of our ten control points on a map of the North of England, plus our event HQ in Sheffield. Roll over each location point to find out where the control is situated.
You need to visit all ten locations and answer a question about each one on your brevet card. You can visit the controls in any order you choose – clockwise, anticlockwise, figure of eight, it’s up to you.
