The inaugural All Points North ultra-endurance event took place in May 2019.
Riders set off from our event HQ, at the Heeley Institute, at 8pm on Friday 24th May with the challenge to ride around 10 control points spread around the north of England and return to event HQ for a finisher’s meal at 8pm on Monday 27th May. Riders were able to choose their own route around the checkpoints and could either ride solo or as a pair. Once out on the road, riders had to be completely self-sufficient and were unable to accept support from anyone.
The routes, and directions ridden, were very varied and ranged in distance from around 850km to 1000km. The quickest rider home took just 45 hours 28 minutes! With the #lastmanstanding returning after 6 days.
